GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT WITHIN SCANDINAVIA
In cooperation with Svea Ekonomi AB, we offer payment via card, invoice payment, partial payment, direct payment via internet bank and Swish. This payment solution is called Svea Checkout. By submitting your information at the checkout, you agree to Svea's general terms and conditions. By clicking "buy" at checkout, you agree to Lundberg Custom Supplies Sweden AB's general terms and conditions.



PAYMENT BY CARD

Payment by card is made according to current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Ekonomi's / Webpay's hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved in your account at the time of purchase.

All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is securely encrypted. No card numbers are stored. We use 3D Secure - the latest security technology for online credit card payments. It is a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating you as a consumer when you shop online.


INVOICE

To pay by invoice, you must provide your personal identity number or company registration number if you are shopping for a company. To be able to pay by invoice, you must be over 18 years old and be registered in Sweden. The usual credit check is carried out after the personal data has been submitted at the checkout. If a credit report is taken, a copy will be sent to you. The payment period for invoices is 14 days for private individuals and 30 days for companies from the invoice date. In the event of late payment, the agreed and statutory reminder fee is payable. Interest on arrears is charged at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is submitted to debt collection. All invoices are transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB (publ).


PARTIAL PAYMENT

You can also choose to pay your purchase in installments. You choose the credit period by ticking the campaign option that suits you best at checkout. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date. To be able to pay in installments, you must be over 18 years old and be registered in Sweden. The usual credit check is carried out after the personal details have been submitted at the checkout. If a credit report is taken, a copy will be sent to you.

Installment example: Effective interest rate for a purchase of SEK 10,000, term 12 months, 0% interest, set-up fee SEK 195, transaction fee SEK 29 = 10.55%.


DIRECT PAYMENT VIA INTERNET BANK

For direct payment via internet bank, the payment is made via Trustly. Trustly supports Swedish banks and is free of charge for you as a customer. When you make a payment, you are automatically transferred to your online bank where you log in and approve the transaction. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.



SWISH

For payment by Swish we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. You pay quickly, easily and securely by verifying your payment with Mobile BankID.



POSTAL DELIVERY

Within Sweden we also offer payment by cash on delivery. To pay by cash on delivery, you need a social security number or organization number to minimize the risk of fraud.

All payment for orders outside Scandinavia is made via Paypal



ORDER HANDLING
Orders placed in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes the store owners to suffer financial or other damage will be reported to the police. Lundberg Custom Supplies Sweden AB has full ownership of all products until full payment is made.

PRICES

All prices are exl. VAT. All prices stated on our pages are based on product price unless otherwise agreed. Lundberg Customs Supplies Sweden AB does not control price changes in the market, which is why the price that applies at the time of payment also applies at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders is possible as long as the order is not packed. Cancellation of non-stocked goods purchased specially according to the customer's wishes is not possible after the time when the order for this product has been placed with our supplier. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation of this is received from the store owners.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a private individual, according to the Distance Contracts Act, which came into force on June 1, 2000, you have the right to cancel purchases within 14 calendar days, but at least 7 working days, from receipt. The goods must be in new condition including all packaging, instructions for use, etc. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping cost.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Orders that are returned to us are charged with SEK 250. You as a customer are responsible for tracking your deliveries. tracking information is always sent via email and you can always find tracking information in "My account". The fee is to cover the expenses we incur in case of a return.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is well packaged. We reserve the right to replace the defective product with an equivalent one in cases where an identical product is not available at the time of action of the returned product.

CLAIMS and WARRANTIES

Consumers have a three (3) year right of complaint for private individuals regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product under Swedish consumer legislation. The right to complain does not apply to companies (including sole traders) Complaints are not the same as guarantees. Complaints are made if the product is incorrectly manufactured, incomplete or, for example, wears out unusually quickly. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered (2 months) or you can provide proof that the defect is due to or existed from the beginning of the delivery Read § 20 & 20 a § in the Consumer Purchase Act Warranty is voluntary from us or the manufacturer. Warranties vary widely depending on the type of product. As a rule, consumables have no guarantee at all. However, if your consumable item turns out to be faulty, a complaint will be made. Returns must be sent together with a completed form. Always contact us at support@lundberg-custom.com regardless of the case. All warranty or complaint claims must be submitted with this completed form. The shipping method should be directly to our address, not to a delivery point or by mail. If the warranty period applies, we may pay the freight. Warranty on, for example, machines is normally covered by the manufacturer.

The normal case on guarantees looks like this, unless otherwise stated:

Tattoo machines - 12 months (not battery)
Batteries - 6 months*
Power supplies - 12 months
Lamps, Light table - 12 months
Grips, Tools - 12 months
Clipcords, foot pedals - 3 months**
Merchandise - 1 month
*Batteries are a consumable item that, if used incorrectly, can become unusable very quickly. Some types of batteries with Lithumcell(s) can break when deeply discharged or vent when constantly charged for a long time. Incorrect charging source can also be the cause of battery failure. Components, software or circuit boards in a battery etc have a 12 month warranty.

** Clipcords and foot pedals have 12 months warranty on soldering, fixed components but only 3 months on breakage in the middle of the cable. The most common cause of cable breakage is self-inflicted in the form of rolling over with, for example, an office chair.

Products not covered by warranty are consumables such as, needles, paints, stencil paper, drying paper, paint cups etc etc.

If the products are manufactured incorrectly, the right of complaint applies. In order to make a complaint, the customer must always send the product to us for inspection or a video clip or other evidence that the product is obviously incorrectly constructed and could not have broken due to incorrect handling. This must be reported no later than two months after purchase to be entitled to a complaint.

Transport damage must be reported no later than 5 working days after delivery for the right to replacement / repair.
