This weekend we had an unexpected visit to our social media – not from a cool influencer, but from a hacker. The result? Our accounts on both Instagram and Facebook have had to take a small involuntary break (read: have been shut down). TikTok, on the other hand, is rolling on as if nothing happened – thank goodness!

This of course does not affect our business – the webshop continues to run undisturbed, of course. But it sucks that you can't tag us, or find us on social media where we often hang out. We are working on a solution, but as you may know, META's support is not exactly faster than a dial-up connection from 2002. 😉

So for those of you wondering where we've gone - we're available via all channels except Instagram and Facebook. That means TikTok, support chat, email and good old fashioned phone (during office hours).

In conclusion, there is no need to worry, we have not disappeared, but have just been forced to take a short break from social media.
