2. Beställning

När du genomfört en beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till den e-postadress du angivit. Avtal om köp ingås först när ordern har bekräftats av oss.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att neka eller ändra en beställning vid exempelvis felaktiga priser, tekniska problem eller misstanke om bedrägeri.

3. Priser och betalning

Alla priser anges i SEK inklusive moms om inget annat anges.

Vi använder Shopify Payments som betallösning och erbjuder betalning via exempelvis:

• Kortbetalning (Visa, Mastercard m.fl.)
• Klarna
• PayPal
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (om aktiverat)

Betalning hanteras via säkra och krypterade betalningslösningar.

4. Leverans

Leveranstid anges i samband med beställning och kan variera beroende på produkt och leveransmetod.

Om en försening uppstår kontaktar vi dig så snart som möjligt.

Risken för produkten övergår till kunden när varan mottagits.

5. Ångerrätt och returer

Som privatperson har du enligt distansavtalslagen 14 dagars ångerrätt från det att du mottagit varan.

För att använda ångerrätten ska du meddela oss via e-post innan ångerfristen löpt ut.

Produkten ska returneras i originalskick. Kunden ansvarar för returfrakt om inget annat anges.

Undantag från ångerrätten gäller för:

• Specialtillverkade produkter
• Digitala produkter efter leverans
• Hygienprodukter med bruten försegling

Återbetalning sker inom 14 dagar efter godkänd retur.

6. Reklamation

Vid fel på produkt gäller konsumentköplagen.

Reklamation ska göras inom skälig tid efter att felet upptäckts. Kontakta oss med beskrivning av felet och gärna bilder.

Vid godkänd reklamation står vi för eventuell returfrakt.

7. Personuppgifter

Vi behandlar personuppgifter enligt GDPR.

Personuppgifter används för att:

• Leverera produkter
